Our workshop is staffed by highly skilled engineers and technicians who have the extensive experience and resources required to carry out inspection, repair and maintenance of all pump types and sizes as well as offering advice on pump upgrades, re-rates and retro‑fits.

We hold a comprehensive stock of Pleuger spare parts to ensure a timely turn-around and enjoy access to OEM spares for most manufacturers.

PERFORMANCE TESTING

For your peace of mind, every submersible pump assembled or repaired by Pump Supplies is subjected to full performance test in our on-site test facility prior to dispatch. We are also happy to provide independent testing of other suppliers product if required.

Pumps are performance tested in accordance with ISO9906 or corresponding test standards.

The pump flow rate, head generated, current and power consumption are measured and recorded at six points along the pump curve at 50Hz with further testing at reduced frequencies available on request.

Our facility has the ability to carry out performance testing of surface pumps, either with flooded suction from water tank or on a simulated suction lift from our in‑ground chamber.
