Applications

  • Municipal water supply (water extraction and pressure boosting)

  • Agriculture (irrigation)

  • Mining (dewatering and water supply)

  • Offshore (seawater lift, firefighting and caisson drain pumps)

  • Geothermal well service

Technical

  • Discharge flows from 1m3/hr to 7,000m3/hr

  • Discharge heads from 2m to 700m

  • Non-return valves with threaded or DIN/ANSI flange connection

  • Water filled rewindable motors from 5.5kW to 5 MW

  • Permanent magnet motors from 5kW to 200kW

  • Voltage Range 230V to 6.6 kV (11kV on request)

  • Multiple materials available

BOTTOM INTAKE (POLDER) PUMPS

With all the advantages and technical features of the standard deep well borehole submersible, in this configuration the motor is located above the pump and the intake is in the pumps lower section enabling the pump to operate at the lowest of water levels in applications such as river water extraction or open pit mine drainage.

These pumps can be engineered for vertical or inclined installation according to your specific site requirements.

BOOSTER PUMPSET

PLEUGER booster pump units consist of a borehole submersible pump mounted within a galvanised steel casing which can be integrated horizontally or vertically into the system to increase pressure in pipeline networks. Casings are engineered to order for your specific site requirements.

FLOOD PUMP STATION

Single and multi-stage flood pumps with axial hydraulic impeller design and water‑filled motors are designed to process large volumes of water at low pressures. They can cover flow rates from 100 m³/h to 20,000 m³/h at heads up to 9m.

Being installed horizontally, pump chamber depth is minimised which provides for significant savings over conventional vertical axial flow pump types which require deep excavations, particularly where poor ground conditions or a high water table are encountered.

FRANKLIN ISO END SUCTION

FRANKLIN ISO END SUCTION

Designed and manufactured to internationally recognised ISO.2858 standard, the FPS ISO pump is manufactured to the highest quality utilising best engineering practice available. The pumps are designed for industrial and agricultural applications utilising highest grade materials for demanding applications. The superior quality and design provides reliability of operation with minimum maintenance.

  • Cast iron body casting with stainless steel impellers as standard

  • Bareshaft for direct coupling to electric motors, engines or pulley drives

  • Direct coupled to 2 pole and 4 pole IEC motor configurations

  • All bare shaft pumps fitted with greased for life bearings

  • Bearing housings fitted with heavy duty deep groove ball bearings

FRANKLIN VERTICAL MULTISTAGE

The VR series vertical multistage pump features three material configurations, each with all stainless steel hydraulics for superior durability, efficiency and performance over a wide variety of applications including pressure boosting, water transfer, reverse osmosis and irrigation.

Ratings : 1,3,6,10,15,20,30,45,65 and 95m3/hr

  • All stainless steel hydraulics

  • Rugged motor mounting with oversized ball bearings ensure long operating life in toughest application

  • In-line suction and discharge with round flanges fit widest range of applications and provide convenient, compact installation

  • Rugged IEC mount electric motors produced to AU/NZ market standards

VR Series Base Ups

Off‑the-shelf or designed to your needs, our VR pumpsets are available in various combinations of pumps, bases and drives all prewired, tested and ready to be installed.

PIONEER WET PRIME

Pioneer self-priming pumps are designed for reliable solids and clear liquid handling. After initial prime, they continue to reprime automatically.

  • Rely on the best materials – standard heavy wall ductile iron volute and 17–4 PH stainless steel shaft for durability and peace of mind

  • Get peak performance – a simple external shimless impeller adjustment means the user can easily adjust the tolerance between the impeller and wear‑plate

  • Trust our seals – cartridge type tungsten vs silicon carbide mechanical seal makes for ease of maintenance and simple operation
